October 2013: The kick-off meeting in Katerini, Greece

The team successfully worked out a common project plan for the next two years. The communication tools, tasks, formalities and roles had been discussed and stipulated. Each partner gave a short presentation of his institution. The team enjoyed also the marvellous landscape in the surroundings of the famous mountain OLYMP, visited the archeological site of Dion, the museum and the Agios Dionysios Monastery Ruin which is located 17 km from Litochoro. Also the historical mountain village palaios panteleimonas was visited.

The first exhibition and meeting took place in Germany from 11. April - 14. April 2014

More than 100 photos from the Cultural Heritage from Germany, Greece, Poland and Turkey were shown in Bühl. Additionally the project partners gave short presentations about their cultural heritage. An introduction in the new programme "ERASMUS +" was prepared from the german partner. The teams had a very constructive meeting, talking about the organisational topics of the project. Additionally places of cultural interest very visited: The old castle-ruin from Baden-Baden, the RIED-Museum, Ottersdorf, the baroque castle FAVORITE in Rastatt and the ancient city of Baden-Baden. The photographers had the opportunity to exchange their knowledge during the tours.

The second exhibition and meeting took place in Poland from 06. September - 09. September 2014

The opening of the exhibition tool place in a large hall in the Gallery of the Town History at 2 p.m. on 8th of September, 2014. A blue ribbon was cut by the representative of the Silesian Marshal Office - Marian Jarosz. In the ceremonious opening took part also a director of the Regional Labour Office – Mirosław Ruszkiewicz, who is responsible for the implementation of EU-projects, as well as the representatives and the photographers of all project partners. Moreover, the ceremony was attended by the representatives of local media "Jastrzęb", "Jasnet", representatives of the university and the promoters’ contractors.

The third exhibition and meeting took place in
Nevsehir in the region of Cappadocia in Turkey.

The governor Mehmet Ceylon opened ceremoniously
the exhibition on the 8th of April 2015.

The fourth exhibition and meeting took place in
Katerini in Greece.


The exhibition in Katerini started ceremoniously on 16th of May 2015.
Many guests and representatives from all teampartners were here. The
teampartner from Greece, the "Society of Pierian Studies
''ESTIA PIERIDON MUSSON'' prepared a very interesting programme.
The "LightECHOes" project was introduced to the guests and
interesting presentations about the different photos exhibited were held.
